Flagstone Estate – Stages 5G & 5F
These vibrant streetscapes at Flagstone Estate create a welcome setting for new homeowners, with native trees and gardens shaping a thriving community.
Stages 5G and 5F within Flagstone Estate at Jimboomba, are just two of over 20 streetscape stages within Stage 5 contracted to Interface Landscapes. Works within Stages 5G and 5F are typical of streetscape works within the estate with practical completion of both these stages being achieved in August 2024. Interface Landscapes is now maintaining these stages until handover to Council.
Installation of Elaeocarpus obovatus, a native tree that flowers in spring to early summer, along these streets will provide a perfect will provide a perfect blend of seasonal beauty, shade, and native charm. Street corner gardens have been planted with a variety of smaller natives of smaller natives that provide year-round colour and texture, complementing the newly installed fencing for a cohesive streetscape
Scope of works completed in Stages 5F & 5G Streetscapes include:
- Earthworks & excavation
- In-situ amelioration of topsoil
- Supply and installation of sandstone boulders and blocks
- Supply and installation of over 500lm of concrete and timber edging,
- Supply and installation of 453lm of fencing, including semi-permeable, on-wall and acoustic
- Supply and installation of 80m3 mulch to trees and gardens
- Supply and installation of 74 street trees and additional plant stock to gardens
- NATSPEC certification of 100L trees
- Supply and installation of over 3,500m2 turf
- Watering, Establishment and Maintenance
