Skyridge Estate
Transforming Skyridge Estate into the Gold Coast’s premier community and recreational haven for residents and visitors alike.

Skyridge Estate in Worongary is the Gold Coast region’s newest and largest master planned community. The estate covers an area of 342 hectares and has been designed with a focus on sustainability and personal wellbeing. The development will deliver 3,500 dwellings, 75 hectares of major parklands and preserved conservation areas along with all the services and amenities required for modern day living.
Since the commencement of development works at Skyridge Estate, Interface Landscapes has completed landscape construction works in Stages 1 to 6. This has included:
- Sales Centre
- Streetscapes
- Stage 1 Linear Park & Gumnut Park
- Fencing & Feature Wall Cladding
- Rehabilitation Areas

Earthworks, excavation, trenching, subsoil drainage

Establishment & maintenance of trees, gardens & turf

Engineering, building approvals and certification

Installation of playground and fitness equipment
The first park in the development was delivered by Interface Landscapes in 2024. Gumnut Park is a beautiful playground featuring two gumnut inspired play pods, taking it’s inspiration from the surrounding natural bushland.
In late 2024 Interface Landscapes commenced work on Lorikeet Park, a multimillion dollar park which is set to be the city’s major destination parkland. The park will feature extensive views of the Gold Coast skyline and Pacific Ocean.
