Skyridge Estate – Stage 1
Interface Landscapes completed the first Skyridge Estate streetscape, featuring tree-lined streets and an impressive gateway that sets the atmosphere for this prestigious estate.
The first of 6 Streetscape stages constructed by Interface Landscapes at Skyridge Estate reached Practical Completion in early 2024. Welcome Avenue, located with Stage 1, is a wide expansive open streetscape that sets the tone for this outstanding development. The tree lined streets, gardens and impressive entry wall are perfectly suited to the grand scale of this estate.
Scope of works completed in Stage 1 – Streetscape include:
- Earthworks & excavation
- Amelioration and installation of topsoil
- Supply and installation of 209 hardwood bollards
- Supply and installation of 374lm of custom fabricated aluminium fencing
- Supply and installation of 272lm of concrete edging
- Supply and installation of 250m2 stone cladding to entry wall
- Supply and installation of soil, planting, mulch to batter areas
- Supply and installation of 7,800m3 mulch to trees and gardens and batters
- Supply and installation of almost 10,000 trees and plantstock
- Supply and installation of over 12,500m2 turf
- Watering, Establishment and Maintenance
